Sonçağ, which closely follows technological developments and present the EPAL pallet to the logistics industry in Turkey in 1993, goes one step further and offers Smart Pallet and RFID technology to its customers as the last stop of the pallet industry. Sonçağ’s integration of Smart Pallet solutions into turnkey projects together with its solution partner, Takipsan, and providing the appropriate software and hardware infrastructure in this regard, proves its strength in the sector.
Smart Pallet Technology
Smart Pallet technology is a smart pallet system that provides error-free and fast operation. During production, Smart Pallets, which are created with an identity number of their own thanks to the RFID tag integrated into their wedges, record and identify the products on them thanks to this ID number. In this way, it offers a computer-based technology. Unlike automatic recognition barcode technology, RFID Smart Pallets can serve as multiple and without seeing each other.
What is RFID?
RFID technology is a method of recognizing objects individually and automatically using radio frequency. RFID, which basically consists of a tag and a reader, automatically records information about the supply chain management by reading the tags placed on the product by the reader.
